Check these requirements before publishing an offer. This guide also explains moderation statuses, requested corrections, duplicate listings and automatic deactivation.
For editing instructions, price and stock controls, or bulk actions, see Managing your offers. For a new seller’s first offer, follow How to Sell.
Your offers should be well-polished and clearly showing what you're selling.
Basic Offer Requirements
Image Criteria:
Use high-quality images in 3:2 aspect ratio (or close to it)
Image, title, and description must match the selected category, game, and filters
An image is mandatory for every offer
Content Quality:
Clear & Concise Listings: Keep titles and descriptions relevant and straightforward
Original Descriptions: Create unique content - don't copy other sellers' descriptions
Accurate Categorization: List offers in the correct category and game
❗Exception: Boosting services where the main goal is obtaining items may be listed in the items section
Prohibited Offer Types
1. Gambling & Random Chance Offers
Lottery, casino, or random chance listings (e.g., "0-90% chance to get a rare skin") are strictly prohibited
2. Misleading or Unprofessional Offers
Fake Pricing: Unrealistically high or low prices are not allowed
Price Negotiation: Don't mention price discussions in titles
Custom Orders: Avoid "custom-made" mentions in titles, descriptions, or images
Experience Claims: Don't state experience levels (e.g., "selling for 5 years")
Personal Branding: No mentions of your nickname in titles or images
Selective Discounts: Discounts applied only within a single category are prohibited
Duplicate Listings: Don't post identical offers
3. Prohibited Content
Explicit/NSFW Material: References to drugs, violence, terrorism, pornography, or pedophilia
Hate Speech: Content targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected statuses
Violent Content: Depictions of murder, cruelty, gore, or threats of violence
Intellectual Property: Copyrighted images, trademarks, or other IP violations
Illegal Items: Personal data, unlicensed software, or prohibited goods
Competitor References: Mentions of other marketplaces (G2G, FunPay, etc.)
❗Note
Listings violating these rules will be removed
If your image doesn't fit any category, contact Playhub Support for assistance
When unsure about pricing, check similar services to understand market rates
By following these guidelines, you help maintain a safe, fair, and professional marketplace for all users.
Avoid duplicate and misleading listings
Before creating another listing, search your existing offers. If you only need to change price, stock or description, edit the existing offer where appropriate. Do not publish identical offers or multiple listings for the same game account.
Changing a title, cover image or a few words does not make the same product distinct. If products are genuinely different, explain the actual difference—such as platform, contents or service scope—in the relevant fields and description. A difference alone does not automatically make a listing compliant with category rules.
Describe what the buyer will receive clearly; avoid random or misleading promises. Do not include contact details or instructions intended to move the transaction off Playhub. Follow the image and content requirements above.
If moderation requests a correction, fix that issue and resubmit the existing offer. If you are unsure whether a variation is allowed, ask support with links to the listings before expanding the catalog. See Seller Rules for the full platform rules.
Check moderation and make corrections
Use the Status filter to find Draft, Under review or Needs details offers. The filter also includes Active, Sold out and Inactive.
Offer statuses describe a listing, not a buyer’s order. Read any message on the individual offer before changing or resubmitting it.
Status | What to do next |
Draft | Complete the unfinished offer and select Publish when it is ready. |
Under review | The offer is awaiting moderation. For a new seller, additional offers become available after the first offer is approved. |
Needs details | Read the feedback, correct the requested information and select Publish to resubmit. |
Active | Keep the public description, price and inventory accurate. |
Sold out | Check inventory and delivery information before making more units available. |
Inactive | Review the offer and any moderation message before attempting to reactivate it. |
If changes are requested, fix the actual issue—for example, an unclear image, missing product detail or prohibited content—instead of resubmitting unchanged content or creating copies. A status alone may not explain the reason; follow the offer’s feedback.
Editing a published offer may remove it from the catalogue temporarily for another review. Check its status after submitting changes.
If your offers became inactive
Open My offers, filter by Inactive and inspect the affected listing. Check stock, delivery information and any moderation feedback; not every inactive offer has the same cause.
The Seller Rules state that listings are automatically deactivated after a seller is offline for more than 30 days. You can reactivate offers after logging back in, provided there are no other unresolved issues affecting availability.
Before reactivating, make sure the product is still available and you can respond to new orders. Review its price, description and private credentials where applicable. Correct any requested changes, use the available activation or submission controls, and check the resulting status.
If you cannot reactivate an offer, contact Playhub support with its reference, status and the message shown. Do not create copies to bypass inactivity or moderation. Review stock and messages regularly, and keep offers disabled when you cannot fulfil them.
