What is Prohibited Generally?
Scams or fraud: Scamming or fraud means a permanent ban.
Outside Chatting: All communication must stay on Playhub. Sharing external contacts (Discord, Whatsapp, etc.) is prohibited and leads to a permanent ban.
Advertising Other Platforms: Do not promote other websites or stores.
Transactions Outside of the Platform: All transactions must go through our platform. Outside payments are forbidden.
Being Disrespectful: Maintain a professional and respectful tone with buyers and sellers at all times: no spam, threats, harassment, faul language or insults.
Not being responsible: You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, including those by team members.
Multiple accounts: Operating multiple accounts without permission is not allowed.
Reusing Nicknames: You are required to select a unique username that is not associated with your accounts on other websites or services.
❗Note, that if a seller is offline for over 30 days, their listings will be automatically deactivated. Sellers can reactivate their offers at any time after simply logging back into their account.
Requirements for Offers:
❗Please, note, that listings that violate our rules will be taken down.
No random offers: Lottery, casino, or random offers (like “0-90% chance to get a rare skin”) aren’t allowed. If such offer is found, it can be taken away.
Original Descriptions: Don’t copy another seller’s product description entirely. Your offers should be original.
Fake Pricing: Listing items with unrealistically high or low fake prices is prohibited.
Correct Categories: Make sure your offers are listed in the right category and game. The only exception is boosting services (e.g., if the boost's main outcome is you getting items), which can be listed in the items section.
No Copyrighted Images: You must replace any copyrighted images from game developers in your offers or profile pictures. Listings with such content will be removed.
Clear & Concise Listings: Keep offer titles and descriptions clear and relevant. Avoid unnecessary details. Selling illegal items, personal data, unlicensed software, or adult content is prohibited

Requirements for Orders:
Your Responsibility: You are fully responsible for selling legitimate, safe, and functional accounts/services.
Bad Accounts = Instant Ban: Providing a buyer with any banned, flagged, or compromised account without any resolution lead to an immediate and permanent platform ban.
No Fulfillment, No Payment: If you mark an order as "Complete" but don't deliver, the order will be cancelled, and the funds will be deducted from your balance towards buyer.
