Managing your offers

Use My offers to edit existing listings, keep prices and stock accurate, and pause offers you cannot fulfil.

Open My offers from the left navigation. Use Status, Games and Categories to narrow the list, or search for your offer. You can also change the sort order or filter for Instant delivery.

The table separates the offer’s Status from its Active switch. It also shows views, stock and price. Select the offer title to open its editor. Create starts a new offer; Import opens the separate multiple-offer import workflow. For your first listing, follow How to Sell.

Select the offer title in My offers. The editor shows its status, an Active switch and View on website. Review the game and category, then update the relevant fields below, such as the title, description and gallery.

Check your price and its unit, stock and any discount. The Service fee appears below the price; see Fees for sellers for how to calculate the amount after commission. Review the optional After payment message, then select Publish to submit your changes.

Keep account credentials in the intended private delivery fields, never in public descriptions or images. Check that they belong to the advertised product. For setup, see Instant delivery and after-payment messages.

If a change affects an existing order, explain it to the buyer in the order chat. Editing the listing does not replace resolving the agreement for that order.

You can open quick-edit windows directly from the table without opening the full editor.

Select the value in the Price column. Check the unit shown in the window, update the price or optional discount, and select Save. The service fee is displayed below the price. Select Cancel to close the window without saving.

Select the value in the In stock column. Set the quantity you can actually deliver, check any minimum purchase shown and select Save. Select Cancel to leave the quantity unchanged.

Return to My offers and verify the price, stock and status of the intended listing. If a change does not appear, refresh the view and check for validation or moderation messages. Some edits may require review; saving does not necessarily make a change immediately visible to buyers. See Offer statuses and moderation feedback.

If the issue persists, contact Playhub support with the offer reference, field changed and error message. Do not create a duplicate listing to work around an editing problem.

If an offer contains an important mistake or you cannot fulfil it, turn off its Active switch while you make corrections. The switch is available in the My offers table and at the top of the offer editor, as highlighted above. Check the resulting state before leaving the page. Select the checkboxes next to the offers you want to manage. A toolbar appears with Activity, Add pic, Duplicate, Export to CSV and Delete.

Check the selection count before applying an action. This page and All change the selection scope, so confirm that only the intended offers are selected.

The Duplicate control does not override the listing rules: do not publish identical offers or multiple listings for the same game account. See Offer requirements & moderation.
