Troubleshooting for common buyers issues

I paid for the order, but the seller didn’t reply

It’s important to remember that Playhub is a marketplace, where offers are placed not by our employees, but by ordinary (sometimes not so ordinary) gamers, who don’t have fixed working hours. So, even if they have some offers on the platform, it doesn’t mean they’re constantly online. So, if you want to receive the purchased products or services urgently, check the following tips:

  • Check the delivery time in the offer card

  • To double-check the timeframes you may also contact a seller before paying for an order

If all of the above has been done and the start/delivery time provided by a seller has been significantly violated (for example, a seller promised to start boosting your account in 30 minutes and hasn’t replied in 3 hours after payment), feel free to report an order on the “Purchases” page or contact our support team.

I bought an account, but I can’t log in

First of all, don’t worry. Some sellers on our platform have multiple accounts for sale, so they could have just sent you the wrong credentials by mistake. Inform a seller in the chat that you can’t log in, and provide screenshots so that they can understand the issue better.

If a seller doesn’t reply or doesn’t want to help you, you can report an order from the “Purchases” page or contact our customer support. We’ll do our best to assist you with the issue.

The seller moved the order to Acceptance, but I didn’t get the product/service

If you believe the seller shouldn’t have moved the order to “Acceptance”, since it’s not completed yet, please contact the seller to try to resolve the issue. If they don’t reply or don’t want to help you, don’t confirm the order and contact our support team for further assistance.

Please note that you have 2 days to check your order. After that, it will automatically be moved to “Finished”.

My order has been canceled

If your order has been canceled by the seller, it usually means they couldn’t fulfill it for some reason. In this case, the order amount is credited to your account. Open your profile page to make sure. You can use your Playhub account balance for any other purchase on the platform.

If you can’t find a proper offer, feel free to contact our support team for further assistance.

My order is Finished, but I didn’t get the product/service

Please note that it’s a buyer’s responsibility to check the quality of the received product or service on time, so we kindly ask you not to delay the check for too long. We do have a warranty period for the services and products provided on the platform, so we highly recommend you take a look at the corresponding article to know how soon you should inform us of issues with your order.

So, even if your order has been moved to Finished, you still have some time to report it and open a dispute. To do so, please contact our support team and specify that you’d like to open a dispute. Please also specify the reason, provide a detailed description of the issue, and attach screenshots, if possible.

I paid for the order, but I don’t want it anymore

Please double-check offer details before payment to avoid such issues in the future. If you’d like to cancel your order, we kindly ask you to do the following:

  • Inform a seller in the chat that you’d like to cancel an order. If they haven’t made any progress on an order, they will cancel it and the payment amount will be credited to your Playhub account. You can use it for any other purchases on the website. Make sure to provide a seller with the reason you’ve changed your mind and a detailed issue description.

  • If a seller doesn’t want to cancel an order or if there’s been some progress made, please contact our customer support team via live chat.

  • Provide our support team with the reason you’ve changed your mind and a detailed issue description as well. The support team will investigate the issue and offer you a proper solution.
