How the Warranty Process Works
2-Day Acceptance Period:
After a seller marks an order as completed, its status changes to "Acceptance".
You have 48 hours (2 days) to check the product or service.
If everything is correct, click "Confirm Order". If you take no action, the order will automatically become "Finished" after 2 days.
Additional Warranty Period:
Even if the order is "Finished", you still have an extra 1 to 14 warranty days (depending on the product) to open a dispute.
This covers cases where you were absent, forgot to check, or discovered an issue later.
❗Please, note: When you pay for an order, we don’t transfer funds to a seller immediately. Once you confirm an order’s completion and a warranty period ends, we will release payment to a seller.
Valid Reasons for Opening a Dispute
You can open a dispute if:
You did not receive the product or service.
The product does not work as expected.
The service or product does not match the original listing description.
How to Open a Dispute
For an order "In progress": Click the "Report" button next to the order on your "Purchases" page.
For an order with "Acceptance" or "Finished" status: Contact our Customer Support via live chat and state that you wish to dispute the order.
Warranty and Dispute Notes:
Contact the Seller First: Always try to resolve the issue directly with the seller via the order chat for the fastest solution.
Do not Confirm Unchecked Orders: Only click "Confirm Order" when you are fully satisfied.
Respond to Support: If you do not reply to our Support Team within 3-7 days of opening a dispute, it may be closed due to lack of communication.
No Off-Platform Evidence: Communication with sellers outside Playhub (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord) is not accepted as evidence in disputes.
Fraudulent Claims: Filing false claims will lead to a temporary account suspension. Repeated violations result in a permanent ban.
