We protect your purchases on Playhub with a warranty period.
It works like this:
After a seller marks an order as completed, its status will change to “Acceptance”. You have 2 days to check if a service/product was delivered correctly. Within these 2 days, you can click “Confirm order” on the “Purchases” page or in the chat with a seller. If you don’t, an order will automatically be marked as “Finished”.
Even if you were absent during these 2 days and forgot to check your order, or you confirmed an order and found some issues later, you still have a 1-7 days warranty period (depending on the product or service you ordered) to open a dispute with our Customer Service team.
The reasons for opening a dispute may be the following:You didn’t receive the service or product you ordered;
The product received doesn’t work as expected;
The service or product received doesn’t match the listing details.
To open a dispute regarding an order in progress, click “Report” near the order on the “Purchases” page and fill in the form. To open a dispute on an order with the “Acceptance” or “Finished” statuses, please contact our customer service via live chat and specify that you’d like to dispute an order.
Important Notes:
Before opening a dispute, make sure to contact a seller. In most cases, it will help you resolve an issue in the quickest way possible.
DO NOT click “Confirm order” unless you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you don’t reply to our Support team within 7 days after opening a dispute, we may close it due to lack of evidence.
Fraudulent claims will result in a temporary suspension of your account. Repeated violations will result in permanent suspension.
Communication with sellers outside Playhub (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.) will not be considered evidence in disputes.
