Why is part of my balance On hold?

Understand why a visible balance is not always available for withdrawal.

Playhub distinguishes between funds that are Available and funds that are On hold. A total displayed balance does not mean every part can be withdrawn immediately.

Where to find On hold

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of Playhub.

  2. Select the Balance tab in your profile.

  3. Look for the On hold badge directly below Available balance.

  4. Profile icon, Balance tab and On hold badge

  5. Available funds

Available funds have reached the balance stage where they can be considered for withdrawal, subject to the other requirements shown in your account.

Verification, security checks and the withdrawal method can still affect whether a withdrawal can proceed.

    Funds On hold

Sale proceeds may remain held while the order passes through the applicable completion, warranty or review process. An active issue or dispute may also affect the release of funds.

Check the related order and its current status rather than assuming that all sales use the same release date.

  6. Available balance and On hold explained

  7. The screenshot shows $0.00 On hold, which means this account has no funds held at that moment. Your own held amount appears in the same badge. Private account details and the available amount are hidden in this example.

The Enable 2FA message shown below is a separate withdrawal requirement. Turning on 2FA does not release funds that are still On hold.

    What to check

    1. Open your balance and compare Available with On hold.

    2. Identify the relevant sale or order.

    3. Review its status and any unresolved issue.

    4. Check whether the interface shows further information or required action.

Do not mark an order complete inaccurately to try to release funds sooner.

    If the amount is unclear

Contact support with the relevant order references and the amount you are trying to understand. Ask which requirement or stage is keeping the funds on hold.

For problems starting a payout, see Withdrawals. Enabling two-factor authentication does not itself change held funds into available funds.

Spending held funds and checking the warranty

On hold funds cannot be withdrawn or used for purchases. Available funds can be used for purchases, or withdrawn by an eligible seller after the required checks.

The published order process gives the buyer 48 hours in Acceptance, followed by the applicable warranty hold. See the product warranty table and the full withdrawal instructions. An unresolved order issue may require support review before release.

For checkout using available credit, including a payment partly covered by balance, see Paying with Playhub balance.
