When you pay for an order, we don’t transfer funds to a seller immediately. Once you confirm an order’s completion and a warranty period ends, we will release payment to a seller.
At the moment, you can’t deposit funds into your Playhub account and use them for future purchases. Your Playhub account will be topped up in the following cases only:
The order you paid for was canceled by a seller.
You earned money by selling products and services on our platform.
Here’s how you can check your Playhub balance:
1. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
2. On your profile page click “Balance”. You’ll see your balance below. Note: You won’t be able to withdraw profits for orders where the warranty period hasn’t passed yet. This amount will be displayed as “On hold” and can’t be used for purchases on Playhub either.
Here’s how you can use your balance to purchase on Playhub:
1. After choosing an offer, click “Buy now” on the offer page.
2. You’ll be directed to the Checkout page, where you can see payment details and choose a payment method.
3. Click “Pay from balance” and proceed if you have enough funds in your Playhub balance to cover your purchase. All other payment methods below will disappear.
4. Click “Pay from balance” and choose an additional payment method if you don’t have enough funds in your Playhub balance to cover the full purchase. Your Playhub balance will be used in full, and the remaining amount of your purchase will be charged to the additional payment method.
5. Click “Buy Now” to proceed and wait for your order to be completed.
