Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to withdraw your balance from Playhub :

1. Log in to Playhub and open your profile page.

2. On your profile page, click “Balance” to see the total balance and the balance on hold, if any. The balance on hold can’t be withdrawn. It’s put on hold until the warranty period for a sold product or service has passed. You can get more information on warranty periods in the corresponding article.

3. When a warranty period has passed, the corresponding funds are available for withdrawal. Click “Withdraw” near the available balance.

4. In the next window, you’ll be asked to choose the payment method you’d like to use to withdraw your funds. Click on the arrow in the “Payout method” field. There you can choose from saved methods or add a new one. To save a payment method, click the “Save” checkbox. Please note that at the moment only crypto wallet addresses can be saved.

You’ll also need to enter a withdrawal amount. Once it’s done and you’ve checked all the withdrawal details including fees, click “Request payout”.
