Use a template downloaded for the same game and category as the offers you want to import. The current import screen accepts XLSX files and shows a limit of 2000 offers.
For a new seller, your first offer must be approved before you can create additional offers. Start with How to Sell if you have not completed that step.
1. Choose your game and download the template
Open My offers and select Import.
Find your game and select the required category, such as Fortnite → Accounts.
Check the Game & category block on the Import offers page.
Select Download template in Upload a file.
For this example, the downloaded file is Fortnite-Accounts.xlsx. Download a fresh template when you switch categories; do not reuse another category’s filter columns.
2. Open the file and keep the column headers
Open the XLSX in Excel or another spreadsheet editor that preserves XLSX files. Keep the first row exactly as downloaded: do not rename, translate, delete or rearrange its columns. Start entering your first offer in row 2, with one distinct offer per row.
The Fortnite Accounts template contains these columns:
Columns | Headers in the template | What to enter |
A–B | Title; Description | A clear title and accurate description of the specific product. |
C–D | In Stock; Price | Your available quantity and intended price as numbers. |
E | Discount Percent (Optional) | An optional discount; retain the column even when unused. |
F | Instant Delivery (Optional) | An optional delivery setting; do not guess its input format. |
G | After Payment Message (Optional) | Optional instructions for the buyer after payment. |
H | Platform | An exact option from the category’s Platform filter. |
I–K | Skins & Outfits; V-Bucks; Pickaxes | The actual numerical counts for the account. |
The downloaded template contains headers, not pre-filled offers. The worksheet below shows two illustrative offers in rows 2 and 3. Columns A–G and H–K are shown separately so you can read the whole row. Replace these values with your own product details. The optional E–G fields are left blank in this example; keep their headers. If you need an optional setting and are unsure of its format, check with support before using it in a large import.
Keep private login details and passwords out of titles, descriptions and images. For account delivery setup, see Instant delivery and after-payment messages.
3. Match filter values exactly
Open the same game and category on Playhub and expand the relevant filter. Use its exact option text in the matching template column, including spelling, spaces and capitalization. Do not substitute a nickname, translation or abbreviation.
For example, the Platform filter for Fortnite Accounts uses PlayStation, not PSN or PS5. It also includes PC, XBOX, Android, iOS and Nintendo Switch. Select only values that truthfully describe your offer.
Text options and numeric fields work differently: copy text options exactly, but enter actual counts as numbers. For Skins & Outfits, use 80, not 80 skins or a search range such as 50–100. For V-Bucks, use 1000, not 1k.
Compare the same cells below: the incorrect entries are highlighted in red, and the corrected entries in green. Keep the headers in row 1 unchanged.
These are examples for Fortnite Accounts; other categories have different fields and options. Each example offer uses a single platform. Do not invent a separator for multiple platforms—confirm the supported format first.
4. Save and upload the XLSX
Review every row: the offer must be real, available and correctly described.
Check the unchanged headers, exact filter options, numbers, price and stock.
Save the completed file as .xlsx. If you used an online editor, download an XLSX copy before uploading.
Return to Import offers for the same game and category.
Drag the file into Upload a file, or click the upload area to choose it. Keep each file within the displayed 2000-offer limit.
Follow the messages and any remaining steps shown by the importer. Correct reported problems before repeating the upload.
5. Check the imported offers
In My offers, inspect the result: titles, descriptions, filters, price, stock, delivery settings and status. Check the images too: the reviewed template has no image column, and every offer still needs an image that meets the listing requirements.
Importing does not by itself confirm that an offer is active or approved. See Offer requirements & moderation for requirements and status guidance. For later changes to price, stock or other fields, see Managing your offers.
If import fails, keep the error message and note the affected row or field if one is shown. Check the category, original headers and exact option names first. Contact Playhub support if the issue remains. Do not repeatedly upload the same catalog while the result of an earlier attempt is unclear.
