Playhub charges a service fee on each sale. The commission depends on the game and product or service category you choose. There is no single 20% rate for every offer: some categories have a 10% fee, while others have a 20% fee. Check the rate for your category before setting your price.
How much will I receive?
The service fee is deducted from your offer price. For example, if you set a price of $100 and your category has a 10% commission, the service fee is $10 and you receive $90 after the sale fee.
Calculation: offer price × (1 − commission rate) = amount after the service fee.
The 10% rate above is an example. For a category with a 20% fee, the same $100 offer would leave $80 after the sale fee. Any withdrawal fees are separate.
Where can I see my commission?
Start creating an offer and choose the game and category you want to sell in.
Go to the Price section and enter your offer price.
Look directly below the price field for Service fee. The percentage shown there is the commission for your selected category.
The form shows the commission percentage, but does not display your final amount after the fee. Use the calculation above to work out how much you will receive. The screenshot shows a category with a 20% fee; your category may have a different rate.
Check the displayed rate whenever you create an offer in a different category. If the fee is unclear, contact Playhub support before publishing your offer.
Are withdrawal fees included?
No. The calculation above covers the commission on the sale. Any fees for withdrawing your balance are separate and affect the amount you receive when withdrawing funds.

Why is the amount different from what I expected?
Compare the offer price with the amount credited after the sale fee, rather than expecting the full sale price in your available balance. Check the commission for the order's category; a rate from another category or another seller's result may not apply.
Check whether part of the sale proceeds is still On hold.
Review the order and balance records for a refund or another order adjustment.
If you are comparing a payout with your balance, check any separate withdrawal fees.
If the difference is still unclear, contact Playhub support with the offer and order references, game and category, sale amount, amount credited and amount you expected to receive. Ask for a breakdown of the fee or adjustment.
