How to Use Your New Account

1. Log In & Check Everything

  • Use the login details from the seller.

  • Check that everything you bought is there and works.

❗Important: If anything is wrong, contact the seller in your order chat before making any changes.

2. Secure Your Account Immediately

  • Change the password for the game account.

  • Turn on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for the game if possible.

  • If you received an email account, change its password and enable 2FA as well.

    Please, note that when you get an account in the most cases you can't pay for anything with your card for the first 2 months. Use a gift card only.

3. Note on Email Access

  • For special email domains (like Rambler), use the login instructions the seller provided.

  • For Gmail/Outlook, the seller may send you codes in the chat.

Completing these steps is essential. Failure to do so may affect your warranty.

How to use Rambler

As part of your purchase, you may receive login details for a Rambler.ru email account.

  • What it is: Rambler is a legitimate and well-known email service provider, similar to Gmail or Outlook.

  • Why it's included: This email is linked to your new game account. It is essential for receiving security codes, password resets, and other important notifications from the game.

  • Is it safe? Yes, it is a real and secure email platform. You will use it just like any other email service.

Fortnite Account(Epic Games)

What To Do First:

1. Check Your Account

  • Log in to the Fortnite account you received.

  • Check that everything is correct before you make any changes.

  • If something is wrong, contact the seller first through your order chat.

2. Secure Your Account

  • Change the Fortnite password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

  • Log in to the account's email, change its password, and enable 2FA there as well.

3. Update the Email (When Possible)

  • When the option becomes available (this can take up to 2-3 months), you are required to change the account's linked email to your own personal address.

❗NOTE
You must complete all security steps above. If you do not change the passwords, it may affect your warranty

Troubleshooting:

  • Full Access: That means that you also have the email password. On the Epic Games login page, click "Forgot Password" or "Can't Sign In" and the reset code will be sent to the email that came with the account.

  • About the Email: Your account comes with a secure email from a service like Rambler.ru, firstmail.ltd and etc. The seller provided a direct link to access it.

    If your email is Gmail/Outlook and needs a code, the seller will send it to you in the chat.

    • If you don't see a code, refresh the email inbox page.

How to Link Your Fortnite Account to PlayStation (PSN)

Follow these steps carefully to link your new Fortnite account to your PlayStation.

Before You Start: Prepare Your PSN Account

If you have EVER played Fortnite on your PlayStation before, you must first unlink the old account. It has to be unlinked first, before you can link your newly purchased Fortnite account.

❗If you have NEVER played Fortnite on your PlayStation (or are using a new PSN account):
You can skip the steps and start from the linking process.

  1. Log in to Epic Games in a web browser using your old Fortnite/PSN account details.

  2. Go to your Account Settings > Apps and Accounts.

  3. Next to PlayStation Network, click "Remove" to unlink it.

Do not close the browser until everything is processed. Some accounts require a second step to fully remove the connection between your PSN and Fortnite accounts. This step is called Restriction Removal.

If it shows any restrictions, follow the steps to remove them.

If there are no restrictions, you can sign out of your old Fortnite account to proceed with linking your newly purchased Fortnite account.

Linking Your New Fortnite Account

  1. Log in to Epic Games in a web browser using the account details provided by the seller.

    • Need a login code? Check the email inbox that came with your account.

  2. Go to Account Settings > Apps and Accounts.

  3. Next to PlayStation Network, click "Connect".

  4. A pop-up will ask for your PSN login. Enter your PlayStation email and password to complete the link.

  5. Open Fortnite on your PlayStation. Your account is now ready!

Error? If you see an error, that means that your PSN is still linked to an old account. Please repeat the "Prepare Your PSN Account" steps above.

Important Rules:

To protect your account and your warranty, please NEVER:

  • Contact Epic Games Support for any reason related to this account.

  • Use exploits, cheats, or hacks in any game.

  • Participate in tournaments.

  • Use unauthorized methods to gain free XP.

Violating these rules may get your account banned and will cancel your warranty.

GTA Account

Important for PS5 & Xbox Series X/S Users:

  • You must have the GTA V: Enhanced & Expanded Edition.

  • A "Standard Edition" account will not work with the new-gen console version.

  • Modded accounts are only for the Enhanced Edition.

❗If you are using a PC, you can also migrate you Online Profile from GTA V Legacy to GTA V Enhanced. However, if you purchased a modded account and attempt to migrate it to the Enhanced Edition, all modifications will be lost. Please consult your seller before migrating your account.

What to do first:

Steps to Log In:

  1. Use the account email and password provided by the seller.

  2. If asked for a verification code, log in to the provided email account to retrieve it.

  3. Launch GTA Online and verify that all purchased features (money, rank, etc.) are present.

  4. Contact the seller immediately in your order chat if anything is missing.

Securing Your Account & Warranty

Secure the Rockstar Games Account:

  • Change the account password.

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Secure the Linked Email Account:

  • Log in to the email that came with the account.

  • Change the email password and enable 2FA.

❗Note: Completing these security steps is mandatory. Failure to change the passwords and enable 2FA may affect your warranty.

Common Issues & Fixes

  • Version Compatibility (PS5 & Xbox Series):

Ensure your account matches the game version:

Old Gen -> Standard Edition

New Gen -> Enhanced & Expanded Edition

  • PlayStation Password Reset Error:

If your PlayStation forces a password reset, simply follow the on-screen instructions using the provided email account.

  • Fix It on the Web Error (Xbox):

Go to xbox.com, log in with the provided credentials, and complete any required verification.

  • Email Login & Codes:

  • Use the direct link from the seller to access the email (e.g., Rambler.ru).

  • If a verification code doesn't appear immediately, refresh the email inbox.

  • Use additional cheats or mods not included with your purchase.

Supercell Games

Follow these steps to access, verify, and secure your new Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, or Brawl Stars account.

How to Log In to Your Account

Step 1: Access the Email

  • Use the direct link and login credentials provided by the seller to access the account's email.

Step 2: Log In to the Game

  • Open the game and choose "Log In with Supercell ID."

  • Enter the email address and password provided by the seller.

Step 3: Enter the Verification Code

  • A 6-digit code will be sent to the account's email.

  • Check the inbox, retrieve the code, and enter it in the game to complete your login.

Securing Your Account

Your First Security Step:

  • Change the email account's password immediately after your first login.

Long-Term Security (After ~14-18 Days):

  • Use the account on one device at least for the first 14 days.

  • After this period, you can safely change the Supercell ID email to your own personal address.

❗Note: You are required to change the email password. Failure to do so, or violating the rules below, may cancel your warranty.

Usage & Safety Rules

To protect your account from being flagged or banned, you must follow these rules:

  • Do Not Contact Supercell Support for any reason.

  • Do Not Request Account Data from Supercell.

  • Use One Device Only for the first two weeks.

  • Avoid Using a VPN while playing.

  • Do Not Change the In-Game Name or make any in-game purchases for the first month.

  • Never Share your login details.

Violating these rules may result in your account being permanently lost and will cancel your warranty.

League of Legends & Valorant

What To Do First:

  1. Check the Account: Log in and verify that all skins, Valorant Points (VP), or other purchased content are present.

  2. Contact Seller if Needed: If anything is missing or incorrect, contact the seller in your order chat or reach out to Playhub support immediately before making any changes.

Your Most Important Task:

  • You are required to change the account's email and password on the Riot website on the same day of purchase. This is crucial for claiming ownership.

How to Change the Email & Password

  1. Log in to the Riot website using the credentials from the seller.

    • Note: Many accounts do not require a verification code for the first login.

  2. Go to Account Settings > Personal Information (found under your Riot ID).

  3. Enter your personal email address in the email box.

  4. A verification code will be sent to your personal email. Click the link to confirm and complete the change.

  5. Change your account password in the Riot account settings to finalize security.

About the Email

  • Most accounts use a temporary email service like Yopmail.com. To access it, simply enter the provided email address on the Yopmail website(no password is needed).

  • If another email service is used (like Rambler), the seller will provide the direct link and login credentials.

Safety Rules & Warranty

To keep your account safe and your warranty valid, you must follow these rules:

  • Never Contact Riot Support: This can flag your account for review and get it locked. Always contact us or the seller first.

  • Do Not Share the Account: Logging in from multiple locations can lead to a permanent lock.

  • Avoid Risky Behavior:

    • Do not change regions immediately.

    • Avoid logging in from many different IP addresses in a short time.

    • Limit in-game reports for the first few weeks.

  • Zero Tolerance for Cheats: Using any third-party software, cheats, or hacks will immediately cancel your warranty and likely result in a permanent ban.
