Clear evidence helps the seller and Playhub support understand your issue. Start with a short explanation, then attach the material that demonstrates it.
Include the essentials
Your order reference.
What the offer promised.
What you received or what failed.
When it happened, including your time zone if timing matters.
What you already tried and how the seller responded.
Keep the discussion in the Playhub order chat where possible.
Capture the offer details
Open the exact offer linked to your purchase. Capture the relevant details so support can compare what was promised with the problem you are reporting:
Product description and product details. Select Read more if the description is collapsed, then capture the complete relevant terms and parameters.
Delivery speed and delivery method. Include these if your issue concerns timing or how the product should arrive.
This screenshot shows where to find these details on an example offer. Use your own purchase details and preserve any original offer screenshots or order messages if the listing has changed.
Choose evidence for your type of order
Account access: capture the exact login error and identify the service or launcher where it appears. Hide passwords and security codes. For checks to try before reporting a login problem, follow My purchased account credentials do not work.
Account contents: if you can sign in but the account does not match the offer, show the advertised platform or contents alongside what you actually received. Explain the specific difference.
Currency or items: show the relevant recipient, server and before-and-after state where available. Explain which quantity or item is missing.
Top-up: show the correct player ID or relevant account identifier and the missing credit. Avoid exposing unnecessary personal information.
Boosting or coaching: point to the agreed target, schedule or deliverable and show what remains incomplete.
Make screenshots useful
Keep the error or disputed detail readable. Include enough context to identify what the image shows, but hide unrelated chats, payment details and secret credentials.
Preserve the original evidence. Do not change dates, balances or message contents to strengthen a claim.
Where to send it
Use the report option available for your order or contact support if the needed option is not available. A screenshot by itself does not start a dispute or guarantee a refund.
Open the Contact Us page and select Open Chat in the Live Chat card. When the messenger opens, select Send us a message and include your order reference and a short description of the issue.
To attach screenshots in the chat, use Upload attachment (the paperclip) next to the message box.
For a delivery marked complete that you cannot find, see The seller marked delivery, but I received nothing.
Keep the evidence on Playhub and respond to support
The published Order Warranty and Disputes policy states that communication with sellers outside Playhub, such as Discord, Telegram or WhatsApp, is not accepted as dispute evidence. Keep the order discussion on Playhub.
Respond to support requests. The same policy states that a case may be closed if you do not reply within 3–7 days. Follow any deadline given in your case and ask support if it is unclear.
For the difference between reporting an offer and reporting an order, including the published 24-hour availability rule for the order’s Report button, see How to report a seller.
