Our goal at Playhub is to keep our marketplace safe and fair for everyone. If you’re unsure about what’s allowed, please review our Terms of Service and Seller Rules below.

✅ ALWAYS use our website for transactions and communication

🚫 DON’T share personal contacts (Discord, WhatsApp, etc.) or communicate in-game after an order

🚫If a seller provides a buyer with an account that is banned, flagged, or penalized for cheating, hacking, or any other form of unfair gameplay or in any way causes harm to the buyer, we may ban the seller from our platform without prior warning.

We take buyer protection seriously. Sellers are fully responsible for the quality, legitimacy, and safety of any accounts or services they provide.

🚫If an order is marked as completed but was not actually fulfilled due to the seller’s fault (e.g. wrong details, no delivery, inaccessible account), the platform reserves the right to cancel the order and deduct the corresponding amount from the seller’s balance.

✅ RESPOND to buyers and our Support team

🚫 DON’T spam, insult, or threaten other users

🚫Sellers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Insulting or harassing other sellers or users in any form;

  • Manipulating marketplace pricing through coordinated undercutting, fake listings, or artificial price pressure;

  • Encouraging or pressuring other sellers to violate platform rules or engage in unfair practices.

Any such behavior may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

✅ MAKE SURE your offers are accurate and listed in the correct sections

🚫 DON’T sell illegal items, personal data, unlicensed software, or adult content
