GTA account offers can differ by platform, edition and included progress. Start with the description of the exact product you bought.
Confirm the product
Check the platform and edition listed in the offer. Distinguish the advertised GTA account from a separate service or another product with a similar name.
If the listing mentions additional compatibility or a particular use, clarify it with the seller before assuming it is included.
Find the login details
Open the Playhub purchase and read the delivered instructions. Identify the intended launcher or platform and any separately supplied email access.
Do not assume that a console account can be used on PC or that progress can be transferred between platforms.
Check what was advertised
After accessing the account through the intended route, compare the delivered character or progress with the offer. Record material differences before confirming successful delivery.
If access fails
Capture the exact error and explain which platform or launcher you used. Hide private credentials.
Contact the seller in the order chat. If the issue remains unresolved, contact Playhub support with the order reference and evidence.
Avoid installing unknown tools, modifying account links or using region workarounds to solve an unexplained access problem. Follow the platform’s official guidance for technical restrictions.
Verification and account security
If Rockstar or your console asks for a verification message, check the supplied email inbox. If PlayStation requires a password reset, follow its on-screen recovery steps using the included mailbox. For an Xbox “Fix It on the Web” message, open the official Xbox website and follow the verification prompt for the intended account.

Legacy, Enhanced and migration
Confirm both the device and the installed edition. A PC, PlayStation or Xbox listing should not be treated as interchangeable. Before migrating, read Rockstar’s Legacy-to-Enhanced PC instructions.
That migration is within PC, not between PC and console. Eligibility restrictions apply, including for illegitimate or insufficient progress. Legacy and Enhanced progress do not stay synchronized after migration. Ask the seller about the exact product and review Rockstar’s requirements before making a change.
