Before using a purchased Fortnite account, compare the delivery with the specific offer. Platform access and linked services can matter, so do not assume that every account works identically.
Read the delivery information
Open your Playhub purchase and check the seller’s instructions. Identify which details are for the game account and which, if included, are for the associated email.
Keep these details private.
Check the advertised platform
Confirm that the offer matches the platform you intend to use. If the purchase involves a console account or linked service, ask the seller to clarify the intended sign-in route before changing any links.
Do not unlink accounts or change regions as a guessed troubleshooting step.
Check the contents
After signing in through the intended route, compare the account with the advertised contents. If something is missing, document the difference and contact the seller in the order chat.
If you cannot sign in
Record the exact error and the service showing it. Do not send passwords or security codes in screenshots.
Follow My purchased account credentials do not work. Avoid confirming successful delivery while access or a material mismatch remains unresolved.
For technical account restrictions, follow the game platform’s current official instructions rather than an unverified workaround.
Email access, login codes and security
If the offer includes full email access, check that you received the mailbox password as well as the game login. Open that mailbox to retrieve a login or password-reset message and refresh its inbox if the message has not appeared. If an additional verification step blocks the mailbox, explain the exact prompt to the seller.

Before linking a PlayStation account
Check which Epic account is currently linked to your PSN account. Unlinking can remove that console’s access to the progress and purchases stored on the old Epic account, and linking a different console account may be restricted. Read Epic’s account-linking guidance before changing an existing link.
Use Epic’s official Linked accounts settings and follow the current prompts for the intended account. If an error appears, record it and ask the seller to clarify what the offer supports before unlinking or retrying. Do not assume that every link or restriction can be removed immediately.
