A custom offer can support a purchase with details agreed directly with a buyer. Make the scope clear before the buyer pays and keep the agreement on Playhub.
Agree on the essentials
Confirm the exact product or service, quantity, platform or region where relevant, delivery expectations and total price.
For a service, include the target and what is excluded. Avoid vague descriptions such as “everything we discussed” if the buyer cannot clearly verify the deliverable.
Prepare and share the offer
1. Open the buyer's chat
Open Chat and select your existing conversation with the intended buyer. Select Create custom in the top-right corner of the chat.
2. Fill in the custom offer
In Create custom offer, select Game, then Category. Fill in the fields that appear:
Name: a short title identifying the product or service (up to 50 characters).
Description: the agreed scope, quantity or duration, platform, delivery timing and any exclusions (up to 1000 characters).
Price: the agreed amount shown in dollars.
The example below is a one-hour EA FC 27 coaching session for $20. It specifies PS5, a focus on defending and no rank guarantee. Use your own agreed details and confirm the session time in the chat. The example price is not a standard rate.
3. Review and create
Check the game, category, name, description and price before selecting Create offer. Check the resulting offer and share its private link with the intended buyer in the Playhub chat.
The buyer should inspect the offer and complete payment through Playhub. A chat message saying “paid” is not a substitute for a valid order.
Check the link before relying on it
If the offer displays an expiry or is no longer available, follow the current interface instructions. Do not assume an old link remains valid indefinitely.
If the agreed scope changes, clarify the new terms before payment rather than relying on a private message that contradicts the checkout.
After purchase
Deliver according to the paid order and keep important progress updates in its chat. A custom agreement still needs to follow the platform’s seller rules and applicable dispute process.
If the buyer requests a change after purchase, document the request and agree on a resolution through the order workflow.
Private link and payment deadline
A custom order is private and shared with the intended buyer through a unique link. The payment link expires after 24 hours. Check the expiry shown on the actual offer; if a link has expired, use the current custom-offer workflow to prepare a valid one.
A discount or extra service offered to resolve an order problem must not be conditional on a positive review. You must never pressure, threaten or reward a buyer for changing their rating.
For review rules and removal requests, see Feedback and seller’s rating.
