Updated over 2 months ago

Reporting an offer on the website

Report an offer if you notice any rule violations while browsing the website.. We will review your report and investigate any issues with an offer.

Here are the issues with pictures and offer descriptions that can be reported:

  • Relating to drugs, violence, terrorism, pornography, or pedophilia.

  • Violating copyrights and intellectual property laws.

  • Inciting hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected status.

  • Depicting or describing violent, cruel, or gory scenes, including murder.

  • Containing threats of violence or encouraging violent acts.

If an offer's pictures or description contain any obscene language or crucial mistakes, feel free to report them as well.

Example: A seller has placed an offer for the Gladiator achievement in WoW and stated its completion time as 30 minutes.

To report an offer click “Report offer” on the offer’s page. In the pop-up window that will appear next, choose the reason for your report and provide comments.

Reporting a seller for an issue with an order

Make sure to try solving an issue in the chat with a seller first.

If a seller doesn’t reply or doesn’t want to help you, do the following:

  • If your order is “In progress”:
Click “Report” on the “Purchases” page or in the chat corresponding to an order. The button will appear 24 hours after you’ve placed your order. When an order is reported, you’ll be directed to the live chat with our support team for further assistance. Make sure to provide a detailed description of an issue in the chat.

  • If your order status is “Acceptance” or “Finished”, report an issue to our customer support team via the live chat. Make sure to provide a reason for your report, a detailed issue description, and screenshots, if possible.
