How to maintain your Playhub account safety

Follow these recommendations to keep your Playhub account safe:

1. Set a strong password. Make sure to have several different passwords for different platforms.

2. If you know the password you use for your Playhub account could have been compromised, you can change it in your account settings.

3. We don’t recommend using temporary email addresses for creating a Playhub account, if you’re going to sell products or services on our platform. It will be easier to restore access to your account, should there be any issues, if you use your personal email.

4. Don’t download any suspicious software on your device. Some malware is capable of changing and collecting text data or images on the websites you’re using.

5. The same goes for browser extensions. Don’t install the extensions you don’t fully trust.

6. Avoid storing big amounts of money in your Playhub account. We do our best to protect funds of both our buyers and sellers, but our platform is not a bank, so funds storage is not its function or responsibility.

7. Set up 2-factor authentication in your Playhub account as well as in the email associated with it.
