How to edit offers

Updated over a week ago

Before you publish an offer, make sure to double-check all the filters you’ve set, as well as the offer description and price.

If you’re not sure about some of its content, don’t publish it yet. Save it as a draft to double-check before publishing.

How we deal with duplicates

To keep our marketplace clear and easy to navigate, we do not allow sellers to post duplicate offers for the same product or service.

What counts as a duplicate offer?

  • Two or more listings with identical or nearly identical titles, descriptions, or content from the same seller.

  • Offers that point to the same product/service but are posted multiple times in order to increase visibility.

Why this rule exists:

  • To ensure fair competition between sellers.

  • To improve the customer experience by avoiding confusion and clutter.

  • To maintain the quality and transparency of our marketplace.

What happens if a duplicate offer is detected:

  • The duplicate listing will be removed without prior notice.

  • Repeated posting of duplicate offers may lead to account restrictions or suspension.

👉 Tip: If you want to promote the same product differently, use unique descriptions, highlight distinct features, or adjust your pricing strategy rather than reposting identical offers.

How to edit your offer:

You can find it later in the “Draft” block on the “My offers” page.

However, if you’ve already published an offer and you need to change something in it, you can do it by opening it in “My offers”. Don’t forget to click “Publish” again after you’ve made the necessary changes.

Please note that if you change an offer from the catalog, it may be removed from there for an additional review from our team. In this case, you’ll see the “On review” status near the offer on the “My offers” page.

If our team finds any mistakes or issues with your offer, its status will change to “Need details”.

If you see that you’ve made a crucial mistake with an offer and you need some time to decide on the necessary changes, we highly recommend switching your offer to the “Inactive” status, so you won’t receive orders based on an incorrect description.

To do so, toggle it off on the offer page or click “Inactive” in the 3-dot menu on the “My offers” page.
