To prevent fraudulent transactions, buyers on the platform may be required to complete identity verification if our risk-scoring system detects any signs of fraudulent activity or potential money laundering associated with their payment methods or behavior on the platform.

As for chargebacks, Playhub protects sellers by fulfilling payments to them regardless of chargeback outcomes, in case a product or service has been delivered as agreed between parties. Playhub resolves chargebacks with payment providers without bringing sellers into the process, but will require fulfillment proof from a seller, should there be any doubts on this matter.
