Playhub protects all sellers from any fraud or chargeback attempts.

To prevent fraud transactions, buyers on the platform are asked to pass identity verification, should our risk-scoring system detect any fraudulent or money laundering activity associated with their payment methods or behavior on the platform.

As for chargebacks, Playhub protects sellers by fulfilling payments to them regardless of chargeback outcomes, in case a product or service has been delivered as agreed between parties. Playhub resolves chargebacks with payment providers without bringing sellers into the process, but will require fulfillment proof from a seller, should there be any doubts on this matter.
