A step-by-step guide on buying products or services at Playhub marketplace

Step 1: Create an Account

  1. Click “Sign up” in the top-right corner.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. Click “Sign up”.

  4. Check your inbox and confirm your email.

Step 2: Select a Product

1. Log in to Playhub.

2. Choose a game and category.

  • Click “Menu” and go to your game to find any item with a single click.

3. View product pictures directly on a product card. Click it to see details like the description, price, and seller information.

  • Browse through images and tags.

  • Use tags to filter what you need quickly.

4. Chat with a seller if you have any questions about a product.

  • See sellers online and message them before or after ordering.

5. Take advantage of offers with instant delivery.

Step 3: Make a Purchase

1. Click “Buy now”.

2. Select your payment method and click “Buy now”. You can make a purchase using just your email, but will need to secure your account with a password afterward.

3. Enter your payment details and confirm a payment.

Step 4: Track Your Order

1. Check your inbox for an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

2. Log in to Playhub and go to the “Purchases” section to see your order status:

  • “In progress” - a seller is now working on your order.
    Chat with a seller if you have any questions about your order. If a seller does not respond to your messages, you can click “Report” in the “Purchases” section or your order chat after 24 hours since your order was placed, and we will step in to help.

  • “Acceptance” - a seller has completed your order, and you need to review it.

  • “Canceled” - your order has been canceled.

Step 5: Review Your Order

1. When your order is in the “Acceptance” status, you have 48 hours to review it before it is automatically confirmed.

2. Click the “Confirm order” button in the “Purchases” section or your order chat if your order is complete.

3. The “Finished” status means you have confirmed your order.

4. Click “Leave feedback” in the “Purchases” section or "Review" in your order chat to share your review with a seller and other buyers on the platform.

5. Use your warranty even after your order is completed.

Opening a Dispute

1. Chat with a seller first to resolve your issue quickly.

2. If you cannot reach an agreement, click the “Report” button in the “Purchases” section or your order chat to open a dispute.

3. We will review your order and decide on one of the following resolutions:

  • Full refund - if an order was not completed.

  • Partial refund - if an order was partially completed.

  • Payment release - if an order was completed.
