Before using a purchased Supercell game account, confirm the exact game and read the delivery instructions in the Playhub order.
Identify what was delivered
Check which login method the seller describes and whether separate email access is included in the offer. Do not assume that a game profile name is itself a login.
Keep account credentials and verification codes private.
Follow the intended sign-in route
Use the official game app and the account access method described in the delivery. If you are unsure which account is currently open on your device, check before making changes.
Do not disconnect your existing personal account or change recovery details as an experiment.
Compare the account with the offer
Review the advertised progress, level or contents in the correct game. If there is a mismatch, explain it in the Playhub order chat with a relevant screenshot.
If a code or email step blocks access
Describe the exact step that fails and tell the seller what information is missing. Do not post a one-time code publicly or send it to someone outside the intended access flow.
If the problem remains unresolved, follow Account credentials do not work and contact support.
A successful initial login does not by itself explain future account changes or the game publisher’s security restrictions. Use official instructions for those matters.
Sign in with Supercell ID
Open the mailbox included with the order, if email access is part of the purchase.
Open the correct official game and select Log In with Supercell ID.
Enter the Supercell ID email address supplied for that account.
Retrieve the verification code sent to that inbox and enter it in the game.
Check that the loaded account matches the purchased game and progress.
Supercell ID uses an email verification code for this sign-in, not the mailbox password. Keep the two separate. See Supercell’s explanation of Supercell ID and verification-code help.
Secure the mailbox and check available changes
After checking the delivery, secure the included email and enable its security options where available. For changing the Supercell ID email or account protection, follow the options offered in the game and Supercell’s account guidance. If the option is unavailable, record the message and contact the seller or Playhub support; do not infer that a fixed number of days guarantees eligibility.
