Your Guide to Cancellations and Refunds

At Playhub, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our users. Below is our policy regarding order cancellations and refunds based on our Refund and Cancellation policy.


Order Cancellation

  • Sellers can cancel an order if they are unable to fulfill it.

  • The Platform may cancel orders due to technical issues.

  • If an order is canceled, the buyer’s funds will be credited back to their Playhub balance.

Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You did not receive your order.

  • The order does not match the listing details.

  • The order does not function as expected.

If your order is partially completed, you will receive a proportional refund. For example, if 70% of your order is fulfilled, you will receive a 30% refund.
The completion percentage is determined by Playhub and is final.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Open a dispute on the Platform.

  • Contact our support team via live chat. Refund processing may take up to 5 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
❌ The buyer has confirmed receipt of the order.
❌ Transactions were made outside of Playhub.
❌ Refunds are requested due to buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction, or accidental purchases.
